GATE VALVE
They are valves that have a curtain-shaped closing system by means of a slide and are connected to pipelines to stop the fluid inside the pipe. The valve is opened and closed by moving the slide up and down thanks to the screw shaft mounted inside the body. Sealing is provided by a rubber-coated slide. They are used in non-corrosive liquids and liquid fuel installations. They are not used for control purposes and flow adjustment.
